Le Bijou Holistic Spa is located in Oceanside, California, offering facials, waxing, and massage. This business began with a skincare line and needed marketing, qualified employees, and to furnish a Parisienne themed spa with authentic French amenities.
Despite opening in the middle of the Pandemic, we have brought over 500 people through the doors of Le Bijou in the first 6 months through unpaid marketing efforts alone. Our methods for salon and spa advertising differ from other industries due to the target client behavior.
Le Bijou means "The Jewel" and the company's philosophy is that our bodies are sacred, and their dedication to harvesting only the best quality product ingredients, hand making them, and customizing every experience are reflected in the logo which draws from classic french line drawings, and highlights their specialty of bikini waxing.
We designed a unique logo and applied it across printed and digital mediums. The branded experience carried through the interior design of the salon with additional ephemera and merchandise.
After creating a website for online booking, we set up all online profiles including social media, yelp, google business, link tree, and other directories to maintain SEO. We maintained a schedule of posts across facebook and instagram, showcasing services & engaging followers.
We curated and designed fun yet classy text based content and we took photographs and video footage, which were edited down to create ads and reels showcasing services & engaging followers. We created story highlights and maintained a cohesive and consistent brand across online platforms.
Our methods for marketing Salons and Spas are unline other industries, and require a time consuming hands on approach to engage target customers and foster intimate relationships. In addition to free avenues, we used paid advertising across digital and direct mail methods.
We implemented a CRM and scheduling software that included payroll and HR services for organizing and keeping staff accountable and automated actions like client reminders, email marketing, client onboarding and membership management, inventory management, and robust reports.
We fitted the salon and staff with fast and efficient mobile devices for managing operations on the go. A video security system for seamless check-in was installed in the salon along with a camera rig for content creation. This salon is now Covid-19 prepared.
We provided full scale project management and analytics, developed contracts, forms, licenses, policies, trademarks, products, and systems of operation for organizing to support strong B2B relationships.
