We designed a unique logo and applied it across printed and digital mediums. The branded experience carried through the interior design of the salon with additional ephemera and merchandise. 

We curated and designed fun content showcasing services & engaging followers. We set up a link tree, highlights, and used proprietary online tools to further automate customer service & engagement.

To reduce overhead, we automated engagement with clients using CRM software. We implemented payroll and HR services for hiring and kept staff organized and accountable and automated inventory management.

We fitted the salon and staff with fast and efficient mobile devices for managing operations on the go.  A video security system for seamless check-in was installed in the salon along with a camera rig for content creation. This salon is now Covid-19 prepared.

We provided full scale project management and analytics, developed contracts, forms, licenses, policies, trademarks, products, and systems of operation for organizing to support strong B2B relationships.
